6-9 Power forward Josh Smith, has been offered a deal by Houston. Detroit on Monday released Josh Smith, even though Smith's contract still had a 2 years left on it and $26-million. Josh saw his best deal with the Rockets, and he signed for a lot less, he signed for $2-million. Josh, in just a start of this season of '14 '15, is averaging: 32min, 13.1 points, 7.2 rebounds, 4.7 assist, a good start for him, BUT, his shooting has slipped to 41% FG, and 29% 3pt%.
Josh, and Dwight (who is on the Rockets) are becoming teammates for the second time! they played together in AAU. Other teams who offered and would suit Josh, would be: La Clippers, who lost Danny Granger, Miami Heat, who lost there star Lebron James, Sacramento, who got Rudy Gay last year and a new Owner, and Finally the Grizzlies, who ended the Warriors win streak! *crying*.
Bye for the Second time ,
Robert
